Having recently received her certification as a Depressed Property Expert (CDPE) she is able to help those homeowners who are in a distressed situation with their homes.

Having an Interior Design background helps Jan work closely with her sellers and buyers in helping prepare a home for market (staging) or getting past a decorating scheme of a house that is for sale.

Jan worked with a local builder for over 8 years in designing his homes he was building in the local area, Jan and her husband did a housing development in Plymouth and they general contracted their own home in Greenfield.
