Jan works primarily in the residential market, whether it is a townhouse, single family, new construction, hobby farms or land. She also has a wonderful program for 1st time home buyers.

Having an Interior Design background helps Jan work closely with her sellers and buyers in helping prepare a home for market (staging) or getting past a decorating scheme of a house that is for sale.

Jan has been working in the housing industry in the Northwest Suburbs for over 47years, first in her own Interior Design business and then 30 years ago became a Real Estate agent. Jan worked with a local builder for over 8 years in designing his homes he was building in the local area, Jan and her husband did a housing development in Plymouth and they general contracted their own home in Greenfield.
